1st Annual Walkin’ and Wheelin’ Event

Westdale Mall – Cedar Rapids
Please join Camp Courageous at Westdale Mall on Saturday November 14, 2009 from 8:30-11:00 for the 1st annual “Walkin’ & Wheelin” for Camp Courageous. This fun-filled event will include an hour-long walk (or shorter if you wish) in the climate-controlled comfort of Westdale Mall in Cedar Rapids. Registration will take place from 8:30-9:30 a.m., walking from 9:30-10:30 a.m., with awards from 10:30 to 11:00 am. Refreshments will be served along with other activities for the whole family.
All campers and their families, businesses, schools, colleges, or any individuals who share the dream of Camp Courageous are invited to participate. A Camp Courageous T-shirt will be given to each participant who has collected a minimum of $10.00 in donations.
Participants are welcome to register the day of the event. Prizes will be awarded for the individual and team raising the most money for this walk. If you can not attend this walk, consider conducting your own walk at your locality!
