Dietary Director Position Available a Camp Courageous
Camp Courageous is currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Dietary Director to assist the Dietary Department of an exceptional camp. A degree in Food Management/Culinary Arts or related field or comparable experience is required. Experience preferred in working with special diets, institutional food preparation, working with volunteers, and donations of food. Has the personality that exemplifies dedication, integrity, honesty, punctuality, diplomacy, a positive attitude, thoroughness, dependability, initiative, good judgment, organization, innovativeness, enthusiasm, professionalism, and is self-motivated. A role model with a passion for the cause. Weekends, evenings, and long hours. Extremely dedicated. Non-smokers only.
