Thank you to Mary White and the Cedar Rapids Pediatrics clinical staff for inviting Camp Courageous to give a program to them. A super group, they are interested in doing a fund raiser for camp. So many of camp’s campers use Cedar Rapids Pediatrics services.

Fresh pineapples will be in Iowa for the 33rd Annual Pineapple Sale for Camp Courageous the weekend of August 13, 14, and 15th. The pineapples will be on sale at nearly 30 Hy-Vee Stores in Bettendorf, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Clinton, Coralville, Davenport, Dubuque, Iowa City, Marion, and Waterloo. Sales are Friday, August 13th, Saturday, August 14th, and [...] The Red Lilies group from Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids enjoyed a tour of Camp Courageous and a lunch with the campers this summer. We thank them for taking the time to learn more about the camp. Richard Manson touched the lives of thousands and thousands… especially children… over his lifetime…and in each of them is the legacy of “Mr. Manson”… the coach, the teacher, the principal, and the friend.
